Customers have 30 days from the day received items to request a replacement, refund or return.

1. Replacement order

Customer will receive replacement items if:

  • The product itself is flawed;
  • The quality of the printing is poor;
  • Final product is materially different than the design presented on our website;
  • The following information of product is not the same as the order: type, size, color, printing content.

To request a replacement order, please give us the order number and email address you have used to place the order and a picture of wrong/ damaged item

Once your information is confirmed, we will print a replacement product and send it right out!

    2. Return and Refund

    We Only accept return items which meet all of following conditions:

    • Within 30 days of receipt of your item(s)
    • In original condition
    • Unwashed and Unworn

    Please do exactly following instructions to return items:

    1. Refund contact info: Please give us the order number and email address you used to place the order by sending an email to support@teeever.com
    2. Ship the package to the address we provided and give us the tracking number from post office or couriers.
    3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email to let you know that your order will be approved to reject, refund or partial refund in your case. Then your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
    4. Production condition: The Item should be new in box in order to return.
    5. Shipping cost is not refundable in any case and you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
    6. Method of refund: the same form of payment that customer used to place order (Credit card or Paypal)

    All returns Only get partial refund because we are print on demand company, the items will be printed out whenever customers purchase them. All the returned products are not resold to any customers. They will be donated to charity.

      After 5 business days, If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or Paypal account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@teeever.com

       

        3. Exchange

        A: We offer exchange 1 size smaller or bigger than the original size on the order size. In this case, shipping and handling fee is $10.99 for each unisex t-shirt and cup item and $15 for each other items.  

        To request an exchange size, please give us the order number and email address you used to place the order and  the size you would like to change to
